New legislative for citizens of countries in EU |

Since february 2009. foreign citizens (from all countries that are members of European union) are alowed to buy and become a legal owners of the properties in Croatia under the same conditions as Croatian citizens. Exception in this legislative is agricultural land plot which can't be bought by foreigner.
